Club Penguin’s fourth anniversary
It’s finally October 24th 2009 and that means it’s the fourth anniversary of Club Penguin. The exclusive party hat can be found in the Coffee Shop. Put your cursor on the pinata that’s above the entrance to the Book Room a few times and eventually the hat will fall onto the ground.
If you go into the book room you can find all the year books lying on a table including the newest one for the year of 2008 to 2009, be sure to check it out!

millie: Unfortunately the anniversary parties are usually small, luckily in just three days it will be the Halloween party which is always one of the biggest parties of the year

i think the party general is ok but it needs more things that you can get and do
It was pretty good but i reacon you should be able to pick your party hat colours and you should get more free stuff and make it longer.
Also the party rocks, but I think last year was better.

last years was better and there should b more servers because it blocks up the whole website and all of the rooms are full in almost every server, no matter wat server i went in i couldnt get into the party but i finaly did………..dumb party though but i did like the hats. my penguins names r missi243 and 18misslady

Halloween Party Candy:
Step1: The first candy can be found in the Lodge Attic, located behind the pumpkin in the corner of couches. Click it, for the candy to pop up on your screen.
Step2: The second candy can be found at the Dock, where it can appear if you click the pumpkin, which has an opening of a cone shape, which it’s located near the flaming lantern.
Step3: The third candy can be found inside the Puffle Shop that leads you to seeing a three lighted chandelier. Click on it, and behind, you’ll find it.
Step4: The fourth candy is located at the Cove. There, you’ll see a ghost reading a book, on your left. Click the book, and there should be the candy.
Step5: The fifth candy can be seen, if you visit the Underground Pool. Once you entered inside the room, you’ll find these pumpkin lanterns hanging above. Don’t get tricked, because the candy look’s the same as the lanterns. Now, you click the biggest on you see. (HINT: On the top left, above the middle window.)
Step6: The sixth candy is located at the Penguin Stadium, in one of the lights. It is the first light you see on the right, where it can be found. To receive it, click the third slot you see on the big light.
Step7: The seventh candy can be found in the Forest, so look for moving bushes… you can select it, while looking for the bushes that are moving in the background. Click it, and the candy should pop it.
Step8: Finally, the eighth candy can be found in the Underground Mine. You can find it, if you look on the bottom right screen. Do you see a cauldron made of rock? Inside, click the boiling slime to get it. It’ll pop out eventually.
Congratulations! You found every candy. Your prize is the Jack O’ Lanterns background! Hooray!

P.S. Don’t forget to visit the Haunted House! There is much stuff to click on, while surprises show themselves inside this spooky house. Make sure to visit it, while you can. I’m sure you’ll love it. *There’s also a secret room. You have to find a way to get inside. Go to the Underground Mine, and click the green glowing lantern. Don’t worry! You can miss it! The rocks will open up, as a wall, and take you inside the Monster Maker 3000! It has also, a catalog filled with new and old costumes. More costumes, just like Club Penguin had promised! Make sure to visit! Quick! If you’re wondering if that’s the Halloween Party, you’re wrong! New Night of the Living Sled 3 is out, and can be watched in the Lighthouse! If you haven’t watched the old versions, you can visit the Lounge or Coffee Shop! Most of the Rooms look full of Halloween decorations, but don’t miss seeing the Dojo, and Ice Berg! Storms look big too, considering it took place in record. Almost forgot to mention, free items can be found at the Plaza for both, and the member item is located at the Haunted House! Now that’s all!
I think they should have been blue and yellow those are my fav colors they go together really well dont you think? Any way Im really mad because I forgot to go on on the twenty fourth! From a mad player!
