Hello agents! If you check your EPF Spy Phones in Club Penguin you will see Rookie has sent all his agents a new message! In this message, he talks about how he will be attending the Fall Fair which means he is arriving to the Club Penguin island on September 20th, and he also mentions that’s he helping to plan it.
If you can’t see it clearly it states:
Hey everyone, good news! The Fair is coming back to town this month, and I’M HELPING TO PLAN IT! Woohoo! And I promise I won’t sink the island. Not even a little!

i met rookie 4 times and when i first logged in to club penguin i met cadence and the band people but i didnt get background because i didnt even know i emt them i just saw a few stamps pop up and im like YAY STAMPS
and i left the place not knowing why i got them. after i found out and im like fawk myself im so stupid
